Just for your information I ganged my plan and I started to read a new book which is(The U.S Legal System).
In the introduction from the page 1-8 just focuses on the U.S. constitution and division of the federal power on the three authorities of the U.S (executive, judicial and legislative) according to the constitution. Also, defines each legally institution in the U.S. such as federal court, state court...etc. I really surprised when I see how the constitution organizes these institutions and authorities regularly which prevents any one branch from overwhelming the others. Also, how one constitution can control 50 states with their difference systems!.
Thanks.

Thanks for including your reaction and the citation! I think your outline clearly shows these systems of government and what each branch means. The only other thing to include would be page numbers (because that helps you when you want to refer back to the text).
ReplyDeleteThis system is really similar with the system in Brazil.
ReplyDeleteWe also have these three powers separated.
