A summery of today's reading extensive:

In the end of the colony's period, American started to establish independence judicial . In the beginning they created some new kind of courts such as small claims courts, juvenile courts, and domestic courts. The legislators started to make new laws for those new courts. Although, this process was faced some difficulties by some of lawyers and judges, the process became successful . This  against was because some of them considered as a hard work to learn these new laws others had not wanted to improve judicial authorities in the States because they had put in their positions by the colonel power.
